The Challenge
Intelligent Velocity was sitting on rich operational data across their business lines but lacked the internal AI infrastructure to turn that data into action. Teams were making decisions off spreadsheets and gut instinct, with no unified system for diagnostics, reporting, or automation. Rather than a single tool, they needed a broader AI transformation, a foundation of agentic products that could plug into different parts of the business and scale with them.
Our Approach
We partnered with Intelligent Velocity as an embedded AI engineering team, designing and shipping a portfolio of internal AI products rather than a single point solution. This included agentic diagnostic systems, automated reporting pipelines, and decision-support tools, each built on a shared architecture of multi-tenant RAG, session-aware reasoning agents, and reusable backend infrastructure. One flagship product, CASS, handles structured business diagnostics for sales and ops teams; alongside it, we built additional internal tools addressing reporting automation, operational monitoring, and workflow assistance.
